There was an inch or so of snow on the ground when I got up this morning. So even though I was pretty sure that it would be melted by the end of the day, I shoveled it.
I took this picture of the busstop bench on March 5, Friday, the second day of the bus strike. I think it shows the difficulties of the situation. So this is the second big snow of the strike. It occurs to me, Franklin Planner style, that a very worthy goal for me is to live somewhere there’s decent mass transit. Obviously not here in the Twin Cities. Dorothea to the country, me to the “big” city?
